Pinellas County niggers: Dumbest in America???

Dumbest niggers in America. Now that is a competitve field. I would say the sambos I grew up with in Washington DC are the worst. I know other people from other parts of our great land would say the niggers from there town. Here is a recent study from Pinellas County. Seriously, what are the niggers Doing down there. Apparently not homework, lol.
Now the school district is naturally disputing the obvious.

Not a whole lot to say about this link. It is just the usual TNB. That's typical nigger behavior to the uninitiated. Niggers reverting back to their primitive non-human form.
